Dataset from a regional coupled ecosystem simulation of the Southern North Sea with the fully coupled Modular System for Shelves and Coasts (MOSSCO). This dataset from the experiment "MOSSCO Southern North Sea coastal gradient bentho-pelagic ecosystem simulation 2000-2012" contains the 2D and 3D model output from the sub-experiment "no-virus", i.e including a coastal grazing gradient and excluding viral control.
